Do you need a gas service?
It is recommended that a Gas Appliance should be serviced and the chimney inspected by a competent person, a Gas Safe Registered Engineer at least annually.
If the appliance is in a premises in the United Kingdom occupied by a tenant, by law a landlord must have any gas appliance, flue and pipework which is situated in a tenant’s premises checked for safety at least every 12 months.

COCAA is currently funded and provided with secretariat support by The Gas Safety Trust (formerly The CORGI Trust). It is a totally independent association of supportive member’s.
